Insurance Claim Process & Repair Appointment
Light – Medium Damage (No Spare Part)
Customers contact the insurance company to report about the accident. The insurance company issues the claim form / document to the customers.
In case of the damage being without the 2nd party, customers can drive their car directly to Doctor Auto Clinic to issue the claim form / document. Time for issuing the claim form is Monday – Friday : 9.00am. – 4.00pm.
Once the customers receive the claim form / document, please bring the car to Doctor Auto Clinic for repair assessment, and schedule the repair with Doctor Auto Clinic’s Service Advisor.
Documents needed in order to claim for the repair with the insurance company:
- 1. Claim Form / Document
- 2. Driving License of the Driver in the accident
- 3. Copy of the Insurance Registration
- 4. Film Warranty Card (in case of the Front Windshield Claim)
Doctor Auto Clinic’s Service Advisor sets the repair schedule for the customers.
Customers bring the car back to Doctor Auto Clinic for repair as the appointment.
Heavy Damage (Spare Part Changing)
Customers contact the insurance company to report about the accident. The insurance company issues the claim form / document to the customers.
In case of the damage being without the 2nd party, customers can drive their car directly to Doctor Auto Clinic to issue the claim form / document. Time for issuing the claim form is Monday – Friday : 9.00am. – 4.00pm.
Once the customers receive the claim form / document, please bring the car to Doctor Auto Clinic for repair assessment, and schedule the repair with Doctor Auto Clinic’s Service Advisor.

Customers bring the car back and wait for the spare parts from overseas for the repair. (Importing spare parts normally takes 30 days to arrive from the ordering date.)
In case that the car is under heavy accident and can’t be driven anymore or there are a large number of spare parts needed to be ordered, it is imperative that the customers need to park the car at Doctor Auto Clinic’s premise to ensure the correctness of the spare part being ordered and to stop the future damage occurred to the car itself.
Once the spare parts arrive at Doctor Auto Clinic and the repair schedule is met, Customers bring the car back to Doctor Auto Clinic for repair as the appointment.
