3. In case that the customer has the insurance according to the list in #2 but it’s not the First Class – Dealer Type, is it possible for the customer to repair the car at Doctor Auto Clinic?

Yes, it’s possible to do so. However, there are going to be a difference/premium in the repair cost which the customer will need to pay extra by himself/herself.

4. In case that the customer doesn’t have the insurance according to the list in #2, is it possible for the customer to repair the car at Doctor Auto Clinic?

Yes, it’s possible to do so. However, the customer will need to pay for the repair by himself/herself first. Then, the insurance company that the customer has will pay the repair cost back to the customer within 1 – 2 month time. In addition, the claimed repair amount can be less than the repair cost of Doctor Auto Clinic.

7. The standard of the repair between the insurance claim repair and the normal repair is the same or not?

It’s the same standard. Doctor Auto Clinic has only one repair standard which is the highest repair standard in Thailand.

8. Which type of spare part that Doctor Auto Clinic uses in the repair?

Doctor Auto Clinic only repairs the car with the “brand new genuine spare parts” imported from each car dealer around the world. The lead time of the spare part import is approximately 3 weeks.

9. Doctor Auto Clinic’s Body Paint Repair Timing

Repairing one panel = 5 working days
Repairing two-four panels = 10 working days
Repairing five-seven panels = 14 working days
Repairing eight-ten panels = 21 working days
Repairing eleven-thirteen panels = 1 month time
Repairing the whole exterior panels = 1 month time

* Repair Timing is also related to the condition of each type of damage. In case of heavy damage, Doctor Auto Clinic might need to extent the repair period to suit with the lengthy repair procedure.

10. In case of the accident occurred out of Doctor Auto Clinic’s working hours, is it possible for the customer to tow the accidental car to Doctor Auto Clinic?
